I'm so proud of her. She's taking to school like it's the most natural thing in the world. No major adjustment, no whining. My son cried when she got on the bus, the first day, a little less the second day, and not at all today. Not as bad as I was braced for. (I have to admit to a few tears, myself, on that first day. But I held out until after she was gone, and I was away from the bus stop!)

first day of school

Brian is teaching Kindergarten this year, and the night before his first day he said "I hope all the kids aren't crying all day long." The comment when he came home was "Kindergarten is awesome, the kids actually excited to be at school, and learning something" I was thinking about Elizabeth last week when Brian started. She is such an outgoing person that I figured she would love it!
I've been thinking about Elizabeth and wondering how she's doing. Pretty exciting stuff, isn't it? So glad to hear that she (and you!) is doing well. Micah will start loving having his mommy to himself!
Just wait till college.........
(I cried again this year, 'cause Cori seemed so lost without Adam there.)
